With a chance to try cheeses from the Hunter Valley Cheese Factory, there are plenty of tastings to choose from. A popular option includes five handmade cheeses with matching bread and crackers.
There are also options to join a cheese-making workshop and discover how to make handmade cheeses.

Here at Hunter Belle Cheese Room, you can taste three premium local wines that are matched with six of their very own cheeses. Or if you’re a beer drinker, there is a chance to try four Hunter Belle cheeses with four local beers.
